Installation FAQ's
This is relative to the product chosen. While UPVC goods usually arrive on site 3-5 weeks after ordering, some of the more bespoke options can take around 6-7 weeks to arrive.
Again this is relative to the size of your order, on average a 4 bedroom house would take a team of two 3-4 days to complete.
Your new windows and glass will be left spotlessly clean. Your floors and surrounding furniture will be sheeted over during the installation process and vacuumed prior to leaving. Leaving you to sit back and enjoy your new windows.
After Care FAQ's
All of our products come with full manufacturers warranty, often 10 years, along with a 10 year installation guarantee. You’ll also have the security of a 10 year insurance backed guarantee.
Yes. All waste will be cleared from site and disposed of in an eco-friendly manner wherever possible.
If any problems arise please let us know immediately and explain the issue. We will then arrange for one of our service engineers to attend site and rectify the issue.
